Penguin 2.0 is shipping

Barcelona - February 18, 2008 - McNeel Europe today announced that Penguin 2.0 started shipping. In 6 languages, Penguin 2.0 is available worldwide at more than 700 dealers in more than 70 countries for US$/€295 with special pricing for students, teachers, and schools. Upgrades from Penguin 1.0 are US$/€95.

Penguin is a fast, non photorealistic render plug-in for Rhino and AutoCAD. With more than 10,000 commercial users since its first version in 2003, Penguin has become the preferred rendering tool for those designers and architects that want to create conceptual, artistic images and technical illustrations for catalogues. No need to invest time in defining materials and textures and a short learning curve.

Penguin 2.0 is fully integrated in Rhino and AutoCAD and has many new features:
